§ 153.0111 STORM WATER MANAGEMENT.
   (A)   (1)   A commercial retrofit shall comply with the storm water management standards (§§ 153.1035 through 153.1053 of this chapter) unless no additional impervious surface will be added.
      (2)   If no additional impervious surface is added, a commercial retrofit is exempt from the storm water management standards.
   (B)   For purposes of this section, ADDITIONAL IMPERVIOUS SURFACE means a net addition to the total impervious surface existing on the development parcel or the extension of impervious surface to a new location.
