§ 153.0110 TRANSPORTATION.
   (A)   Development parcels of at least two acres shall add at least one through street that complies with the street design and transportation standards (§§ 153.1065 through 153.1078 of this chapter).
   (B)   Development parcels with at least five acres shall include at least one block designated as a main street.
