§ 153.0093 LANDSCAPING AND SCREENING.
   See landscaping and screening standards (Division 12 of this chapter) and subsections (A) and (B) below.
   (A)   Screening.
      (1)   Structures other than buildings that are visible from view outside of the campus development shall be screened by plantings, landscaping and/or a solid wall/fence at least six feet in height.
      (2)   The use of a wall or fence is in addition to, and does not replace, the requirements for landscaping or trees as set forth in §§ 153.1120 through 153.1130 of this chapter.
   (B)   Buffers. A buffer yard, as defined in §§ 153.1120 through 153.1130 of this chapter, shall be installed and maintained along the perimeters of the campus that abut developed residential areas. Along the perimeters of a business park district abutting undeveloped or non-residential areas, a Type B buffer yard shall be installed and maintained.
