§ 153.0091 STREET DESIGN AND TRANSPORTATION.

   See street design and transportation standards (§§ 153.1065 through 153.1078 of this chapter) and subsections (A) and (B) below.

   (A)   Access.

      (1)   Vehicular access. Vehicular access to a campus is permitted only from major thoroughfares. The classification of any street as a major thoroughfare shall be determined by the major thoroughfare plan.

      (2)   Pedestrian access. Sidewalks shall be provided on public and private streets in accordance with the street design and transportation standards (§§ 153.1065 through 153.1078 of this chapter).

   (B)   Streets. Streets within a campus may be public or private. Private streets shall comply with the specifications and design standards set forth in the street design and transportation standards (§§ 153.1065 through 153.1078 of this chapter).
