(A) At least one linear foot of seating shall be provided for each 50 square feet of open space. Seating dimensions shall comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
(B) At least two of the following amenities shall be provided in an open space area:
(1) Ornamental fountains;
(2) Ornamental lamp posts;
(3) Stairways;
(4) Waterfalls;
(5) Sculptures;
(6) Arbors;
(7) Trellises;
(8) Planted beds;
(9) Drinking fountains;
(10) Clock pedestals;
(11) Awnings; or
(12) Canopies.
