(A) In order to encourage design flexibility, to preserve open space and to minimize impervious surfaces, a conservation subdivision is not subject to the minimum parking requirements of the parking standards (§§ 153.1295 through 153.1301 of this chapter).
(B) A conservation subdivision is subject to the maximum parking requirements of the parking standards of this chapter.
