Previously existing Zoning Code, §§ 152.001 through and including 152.338, are repealed with the exception of §§ 152.333, 152.335, 152.336, 152.337 and 152.338. Previously existing Subdivision code, §§ 151.01 through and including 151.99 are repealed. The adoption of this chapter, however, shall not affect, nor prevent, any pending or future prosecution of, or action to abate, an existing violation of prior regulations.
