(A) When provisions of this chapter impose higher standards than are required in any other provision or regulation, provisions of this chapter shall govern.
(B) When the provisions of any other provision or regulation impose higher standards than are required by the provisions of this chapter, the provisions of that statute, ordinance or regulation shall govern.
