§ 34.024 BREAKS AND MEAL PERIODS.
   Employees may take one fifteen-minute break for every four hours worked. All breaks shall be arranged so that they do not interfere with city business or service to the public. Meal periods shall be scheduled by the employee’s department head. The scheduling of meal periods may vary depending on department workload. Meal periods are unpaid.
