§ 34.020 WORKING HOURS.
   (A)   The city’s standard work week is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour unpaid lunch period.
   (B)   A normal working schedule for regular, full-time employees consists of 40 hours each work week. Different work schedules, such as in the case of police and public works employees, may be established by the city to meet job assignments and provide necessary city services. Each employee’s department head will advise the employee regarding their specific working hours.
   (C)   Part-time and special assignment employees will work hours as specified by their department heads.
