§ 34.002 NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP.
   (A)   Employment with the city is voluntary on the part of both parties.
   (B)   All employment with the city is on an at-will basis.
   (C)   As such, either the employee or the city may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, as either party may deem appropriate.
