§ 137.19 PERMISSIVE SALES.

   The provisions of §§ 137.15 through 137.18 of this chapter do not prohibit sales of air rifles:

   (A)   By wholesale dealers or jobbers;

   (B)   To be shipped out of the state; and

   (C)   To be used at a target range operated in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/24.8-4 or by members of the Armed Services of the United States or veterans’ organizations.
