All present Municipal Band funds and all funds received from the tax rate provided for the support of the Greenville Municipal Band and all other funds levied, collected or donated for Municipal Band purposes shall be deposited in the treasury of the city in the Municipal Band Fund and shall be kept separate from other funds. All claims against the Municipal Band shall be approved by the President and Secretary of the Board of Band Directors and then submitted to the City Council for approval in the manner of other obligations of the city at the regular Council meeting before being charged against the Municipal Band Fund by the City Treasurer.
