§ 135.05 EXCEPTION; GEOGRAPHICAL AND SIGNAGE CONSTRAINTS.

The gambling prohibitions set forth herein above shall not apply to any game or gambling event for which a license or permit has been issued by the State Gaming Board pursuant to the State Video Gaming Act, 230 ILCS 40/1 et seq.; provided that, the game or gaming event is conducted in full and complete compliance with all requirements of the Act and all rules and regulations of the State Gaming Board.
