§ 32.091 ORGANIZATION.
   The Committee shall elect from its membership a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson. The City Manager or his representative shall act as Executive Secretary. The City Manager shall be an ex-officio, non-voting member of the Tourism Committee. The Committee shall establish its own rules or order, procedures and meeting schedule.
