For the purpose of this title, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ACT. The taking of action or a failure or omission to take action.

ANOTHER. A person or persons other than the offender.

CONDUCT. An act or a series of acts, and the accompanying mental state.
