§ 116.31 IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED.

No licensee shall sell or permit to be sold cigarettes or other tobacco products to an individual appearing younger than the age of 27 without requesting and examining photographic identification establishing the purchaser’s age as 18 years of age or greater.
