(A) It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail, give away, deliver or to keep with the intention of selling at retail, giving away or delivering tobacco products within the city without having first obtained a valid tobacco retailer’s license from the city for each location in which tobacco products are sold.
(B) (1) All such licenses must be renewed annually.
(2) Such license shall be in addition to any other license required by this code.
