§ 116.04 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the City Attorney (or City Manager, Mayor or Department of Health) and the Police Department (or Sheriff’s Department) after its passage and approval by law.
   (B)   Enforcement in the form of compliance checks shall take place on at least one occasions of each licensed year.
