§ 115.10 RATES OF FARE.

Rates of fare shall be those as approved by the City Manager and all fares to be charged shall be first submitted to the City Manager for approval before the operation of any taxicab is begun. It shall be unlawful for a passenger to fail or refuse to pay the lawful fare at the termination of the trip.
