§ 115.06 VEHICLES.
   (A)   No taxicab shall be operated unless it bears a state license duly issued; and no such cab shall be operated unless it is equipped with proper brakes, lights, tires, horn, muffler, rear vision mirror and windshield wiper in good condition, and each taxicab shall be kept in a neat, clean and orderly condition. The operator of a taxicab shall permit the Chief of Police or City Manager or such person as may be designated by them to inspect every taxicab so often as may be necessary to see to the enforcement of the provisions of this section.
   (B)   Each taxicab, while operated, shall have on each side, the name under which such taxi operates together with the word “TAXICAB” with letters at least three inches in height.
