(A) Any person violating any provision for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, organization, society, association or corporation, or any agent or representative thereof, violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or knowingly filing, or causing to be filed, a false affidavit in connect with the application for permit, shall be subject to a fine of not exceeding the sum of $750.
(C) Every person who is convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be fined a sum of money not to exceed $750.
