§ 113.08 PROPERTY FROM MINOR.

No pawnbroker shall take or receive any pawn or pledge for any advancement or loan, any property of any kind from any minor, or the ownership of which is in, or which is claimed by, any minor, or which may be in the possession or under the control of any minor.
