It shall be the duty of every pawnbroker to make out and deliver to the Chief of Police of the city in which such pawnbroker does business, on each Monday before the hour of 12:00 noon, a legible and correct copy from said book, as required in § 113.05 of this chapter, of all personal property and other valuable things received on deposit or purchased during the preceding week, together with the exact time when received or purchased and a description of the person or persons by whom left in pledge or from whom the same were purchased.
