§ 112.02 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   JUNK YARD. Any place of business of dealers in junk, dismantled or wrecked motor vehicles or parts thereof, rags and any secondhand article which is stored in the open, but excluding operable motor vehicles.
