(A) It shall be unlawful to burn leaves within the city at any time; except with a burn permit during times established by ordinance.
(B) Resident is required to obtain a burn permit from the city prior to burning leaves. Burn permit shall be valid indefinitely or until revoked by the city.
(C) There is hereby established two burning seasons in each year:
(1) November 1 through December 31; and
(2) March 15 through April 15.
(D) During burning seasons, leaves may be burned only at the following times.
(1) Mondays and Thursdays: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and
(2) First and third weekends of month: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(E) No burning of leaves shall occur on any legal holiday during the burning season.
