§ 94.11 FENCING OF JUNK YARDS.
   (A)   All operators and owners of junk yards shall cause such premises to be screened from any adjoining street and/or adjoining property that is Zone R or B. Such screening shall be a minimum of six feet in height, shall be continuous from the line dividing the properties and shall be of evergreen plants or fencing material, approved by the City Manager, which shall effectively screen the line of sight from such adjoining property to the premises of the junk yard. If the property is otherwise screened by buildings or other obstructions, such additional screening shall not be required.
   (B)   A JUNK YARD, for the purposes of this section, is defined as any place of business of dealers in junk, dismantled or wrecked motor vehicles or parts thereof, rags and any second-hand article which is stored in the open, but excluding operable motor vehicles.
