(A) All premises used in the sale or store of food or drink intended for human consumption shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
(B) It shall be unlawful to permit any person who is afflicted with a contagious disease to handle any food or drink intended for human consumption.
(C) Premises shall be kept free from flies and vermin of all kinds.
