§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, society or persons who shall lay out or establish any cemetery or burying ground contrary to the provisions of § 92.01 of this chapter, shall, on conviction, forfeit and pay fine of $750 for every piece, parcel or lot of ground he or they may sell or give away to be used as a burial place for the dead.
   (B)   Any person violating § 92.02(G) of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $750, for each and every offense; and shall also be liable, in a separate suit, for the costs and expense of repairing any injury or damage so done or committed.
