§ 92.16 APPOINTMENT.
   The Board of Managers shall consist of five members, who, upon the passage of this chapter, shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council. Three of the members shall be appointed to serve for a term of three years each, and until their successors are appointed, and two of the members shall be appointed to serve for a term of four years each, and until their successors are appointed and at the expiration of each of the terms, the Mayor shall appoint their successors, who shall serve for terms of five years each thereafter, and until their successors are appointed.
