(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any owner or lessee or any other person in control of the premises, or the owner or lessee or any other person in control of the vehicle who permits the nuisance described in this chapter to exist or who maintains such nuisance shall be fined, upon conviction, as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances for each offense. Each day the nuisance is permitted or maintained shall constitute a separate offense. Each motor vehicle which is permitted to exist as a nuisance shall constitute the subject of a separate offense.
