No vehicle shall remain continuously parked on any designated municipal parking lot for more than 24 hours without written permission of the city’s Police Department. Said permission may be granted for up to five 24-hour periods within any 30-day period for the same vehicle. The following are designated municipal parking lots: the municipal parking lot located at the northwest intersection of Fourth Street and Main Street; the municipal parking lot located at the southeast intersection of Fourth Street and Oak Street; the municipal parking lot located at the southwest intersection of Oak Street and First Street; and the municipal parking lot located at the northwest intersection of First Street and South Avenue.
