§ 72.19 SPACES ADJACENT TO CURB.
   (A)   Parking spaces adjacent to the curb shall be designated in said parking zones by lines or marking painted on the curb or streets.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle to park across such lines or markings or to park a vehicle in such a position that it shall not be entirely within the space designated by such lines or markings.
