§ 119.11 PROHIBITION.

Except as otherwise excepted in this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to gamble within the corporate limits of the city, or for any person or entity that owns, occupies or controls an establishment within the city to knowingly permit others to gamble on the premises.
