§ 119.06 LICENSE FEES.

(A) The fee for operation of a video gaming terminal shall be $250 per terminal annually. This fee is not subject to proration or refund, and is due prior to issuance of the license.

(B) All licenses required by this division shall be prominently displayed next to the video gaming terminal.
