§ 54.10 CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION STANDARDS.
   (A)   In all residential or business units hereafter constructed, there shall be, at the time of such construction, one water meter installed for each dwelling unit and no meter shall serve more than one dwelling unit. For purposes of this section, the term DWELLING UNIT shall be defined as a room or group of rooms located within a dwelling and forming a single habitable unit with facilities which are used or intended to be used for living, sleeping, cooking and eating.
   (B)   For purposes of this section, the term BUSINESS UNIT shall be defined as a room or group of rooms located within a building and wherein a business or professional enterprise is conducted under a mutual ownership.
   (C)   In all business or residential units hereinafter remodeled or changed so as to add thereto any business or residential units, there shall be one additional water meter added for every such unit added.
   (D)   In all trailer courts hereinafter constructed or existing courts where spaces or pads for additional trailers are added, there shall be one water meter for each such space created. This provision shall not be deemed to require additional water meters to be added to trailer parks where the parking spaces or pads are already totally constructed.
