All costs and expense incidental to the installation, connection and maintenance of the building sewer from its point of connection to a public sewer to and including within the building shall be borne by the owner. All costs or repair or replacement of municipally-owned facilities and utilities required in the installation, connection and maintenance of a building sewer from its point of connection to a public sewer to and including the owner’s property shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the city from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation, connection and maintenance of a building sewer.
