§ 52.010 MEASUREMENTS, TESTS AND ANALYSES.
   All measurements, tests and analyses of the characteristics of water and wastes to which reference is made in §§ 52.005 and 52.007 of this chapter shall be determined in accordance with Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Sewage, as published by the American Public Health Association, and on file in the office of the city sewage treatment plant. Such tests as are herein specified shall be determined upon suitable samples taken at the control manhole provided for in § 52.009 of this chapter. In the event that no special manhole has been required, the control manhole shall be considered to be the nearest down stream manhole in the public sewer to the point at which the building sewer is connected or where designated.
