§ 153.1590 USE PERMIT.
   (A)   No change shall be made in the use of a building or part thereof or in the use of the land without a use permit having first been issued by the Building Inspector.
   (B)   The use permit shall certify that the building or property is used in conformance with the provisions of this chapter.
