§ 153.1575 DUTIES OF PLANNING COMMISSION.

   (A)   The Planning Commission is established pursuant to the state statute and city ordinances.

   (B)   The duties of the Planning Commission are as follows:

      (1)   To recommend the boundaries of original zoning districts and appropriate regulations for enforcement;

      (2)   To hold public hearings and prepare a final report for the city on recommendations for change in zoning district boundaries or regulations in zoning districts; and

      (3)   To perform such other functions as are necessary or required by state law or city ordinance.
