§ 153.1548 RECORDATION.
   (A)   The Code Enforcement Officer shall create a catalogued file of all certificates issued pursuant to this provision, which will be available to the public for inspection during regular business hours.
   (B)   The file shall be reviewed annually to remove certificates more than ten years old.
