§ 153.1546 REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
   (A)   After receiving an application for a vested rights determination, the Board of Adjustment, upon notice duly published and provided to all owners of land within 500 feet of the applicant’s property, shall review the application and determine if the applicant shall provide additional information for consideration of the application within 20 working days.
   (B)   After the application is completed, the Board of Adjustment shall hold a public hearing and, upon the evidence submitted and upon review of the application, if the Board of Adjustment finds that there is sufficient evidence to establish vested rights, the Board of Adjustment shall issue a certificate to the applicant recognizing vested rights for the project. The certificate shall set forth all terms and conditions required for the continuance of the vested rights being recognized.
