An application may be made to the planning Board of Adjustment for recognition of vested rights for a particular project by completion of a form provided by the Code Enforcement Officer that indicates which development approval or development approvals are being relied on by the applicant for establishment of vested rights. The applicant for a vested rights determination shall provide the Code Enforcement Officer with a completed application and two copies of any documents on which the applicant is relying to establish vested rights.
