§ 153.1486 SPECIFIC ACTS OF TERMINATION.
   Any of the following specific acts of termination shall immediately terminate a non-conformity:
   (A)   Changing a non-conformity to conform to this type of termination applies only to the non- conforming use existing prior to any change;
   (B)   Abandonment of a non-conformity for a period of 12 or more successive calendar months; or
   (C)   Failure to register a non-conformity as provided in §§ 153.1470 through 153.1473 of this chapter.
