§ 153.1472 DENIAL OF REGISTRATION.
   The Code Enforcement Officer shall deny any registration if it appears that the documents relied thereon are not valid, or that the documents produced do not show the existence of a lawful non- conformity in accordance with the criteria set forth in § 153.1470(B)(1) of this chapter. The applicant may appeal this determination to the Board of Adjustment.
