§ 153.1457 NEWLY ANNEXED TERRITORY.
   Conforming rights shall be granted to all properties in newly annexed areas in accordance with the provisions of this subdivision. All applications for registration for non-conforming rights must be filed within 60 days of the effective date of annexation.
