§ 153.1456 GENERALLY.
   A substandard lot shall comply with the yard, buffer, setback and bulk regulations of the zoning district that makes the lot conforming to the area of the lot. This section does not require the replatting or combination of platted lots under same ownership that is protected by state vested rights law.
