§ 153.1426 CHANGE IN USE.
   No existing structure located on a non-conforming site shall be changed from one use classification to another use classification as listed in Division 15 of this chapter until the site is brought into conformance with the provisions of this chapter or a non-conforming site variance has been approved by the Board of Adjustment.
