(A) Lots, parcels or sites devoted to the uses described in Column (A) of Table 153.1424(A) of this chapter shall have the time period established in Column (B) of Table 153.1424(A) of this chapter to either bring the site into conformance with the provisions of the ordinance or have a variance approved for the site.
(B) All owners of record of commercially zoned properties shall be notified by the Building Inspector by first class mail of this provision prior to the end of the nine-year period.
