This chapter establishes various site design standards in Division 11 of this chapter. Consequently, many development sites do not meet current requirements for such items as parking lot standards, landscaping and other design specifications. This subdivision requires that such non-conforming sites be brought into conformance with the site development standards prescribed by this chapter.
